Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Expandio LLC. Expandio LLC provides customised consulting, marketing, advertising, and digital services tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Because services are individually customised, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery, as outlined below.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a service before any work has begun, Expandio LLC will issue a refund of the amount paid, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once service delivery has started, no full refund is available. Expandio LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund for the portion of services not yet delivered.

Completed Services

Services that have been fully delivered or completed are non-refundable.
